Full Service—Delivery, Set-up, Wait Service, and Immediate Clearing
Delivery and Set-up
Food and beverages are delivered at least 30 minutes prior to the stated event time and all items are unpacked and set up in a pleasant and appetizing display in time for your event to begin on time. There is no extra fee for delivery and set-up.
Wait Service
Server(s) remain on site to serve and maintain food and beverages throughout the event and to clear after the event. A minimum Administrative Fee of $67.50 applies to all events. Longer or more complicated service needs will incur additional charges.
Executive Service includes delivery to site, set-up of food and beverage stations and all table top for guest tables, as well as oversight of the event and immediate clearing.
Tablecloths and Skirting
Standard white linen tablecloths are provided for 8´ food and beverage tables at $10.00 per piece and for 6´ round guest tables at $8.00 per piece. Or, deluxe linen is available for rent in a range of colors and sizes and will be billed per piece plus any additional vendor charges. Standard black skirting is provided for all standard 8´ food and beverage tables at $20.00 per table. Or, colored skirting is available for rent and is billed per piece plus any additional vendor charges.
Dinnerware
Our standard white china, glasses and stemware, and polished stainless steel cutlery are provided at $6.00 per place setting. Or, deluxe table settings are available for rent and are billed per setting plus any additional vendor charges.
Service Equipment
Food is served on/in china, glass, or polished stainless steel platters, bowls and pans at no additional cost. Or, deluxe and/or silver-plated service is available for rent and is billed per piece plus any additional vendor charges.
Polished stainless steel chafing racks, coffee urns, and/or beverage dispensers are provided for $25.00 per piece. Or, silver service is available for rent and will be billed per piece plus any additional vendor charges.
Immediate Clearing
We clear food and beverages and pick up equipment and linen immediately following the event at no extra charge.
No Clean-up
Trash removal and other general cleaning are not included and remain the responsibility of the client. We recommend arranging room clean-up with One Source custodial contractors through Facilities (x73496).
