Vegetarian and Vegan
Tufts Catering recognizes that many of our guests have chosen some form of a vegetarian diet. We have developed our menu so that, in as many sections as possible, there are one or more options that are vegetarian or vegan.To help you identify vegetarian and vegan options, they are set apart in each menu or the following
abbreviations precede the name of the menu item:
VM Vegetarian/Meatless—No Meat, Poultry, or Fish
VG Vegan—No Meat, Poultry, Fish, or Dairy
In most instances, with 48 hours advance notice our chef can accommodate guests with vegetarian or vegan diets with an appetizing and healthful alternative to the main entrée. Please consult with our Catering Specialists when booking your event.
