Conference Hospitality Services

A Conference Hospitality Services (CHS) Day Package is available for one-day conferences or events for groups of 50 or more guests. The package includes the following meals and snacks at a 10% discount off the price for the services if they were purchased individually:

• Hot Buffet Breakfast ,
• Morning Snacks,
• Hot Buffet Lunch or Hot Plated Lunch , and
• Afternoon Snack.

Receive a complimentary 30-Minute Pre-Dinner Reception (see Hot Plated Dinners ) when you add a Hot Plated Dinner to your CHS Day Package. (Beverages and Bar Service are not included in this complimentary offer but are available for additional charges. See Beverages .)


CHS Day Package also includes:
The professional services of a “Hospitality Captain” assigned to personally coordinate food services for your Day Package events throughout the day

A 20% discount off our regular rate for linen and skirting on all registration tables and speaker and conference attendee tables

Complimentary floral handling service: We will order and arrange centerpieces and floral arrangements from our preferred vendor for your Day Package events. The retail price will be charged to your account, and floral handling fees will be waived.

Complimentary Cambros of ice water and cups available at all Day Package events

“Pay Once” china/glass service: Pay the rental charge for one full place setting per guest, and we will provide complimentary china/glass service for all of the other Day Package events that day.

Full-service food and beverage clearing immediately following each event (Note: Because trash removal and other general cleaning are not included, we recommend arranging room clean-up by calling Facilities at 617-627-3496.)

Complimentary themed props available for buffets upon request with prior arrangements.


Additional Services
Additional services such as coat check, greeters, printed menus, place cards, and room props are available to CHS Day Package customers at reasonable rates.
