Tufts University departments may purchase meal tickets for groups of ten or more to eat at Dewick-MacPhie (downhill) or Carmichael (uphill) dining halls by contacting Tufts Catering at 617-627-3411 at least five business days in advance.
Volume Discounts
Volume discounts are offered for groups of 26 or more people; the larger the group, the greater the discount.
Hours
Meal tickets may be used at Dewick-MacPhie or Carmichael dining halls during regular business hours only.
Summer
During summer sessions, Tufts Dining may be unable to accommodate large groups in the dining halls. Please be sure to discuss your requests with the Catering Office to determine the availability of meals during this period.
Payment
Discounted meal tickets must be paid for in advance by IDR or check. Cash payment is accepted at the door for groups of less than ten people; however, no discount is available. Groups of less than ten can go to any of Tufts’ Dining Facilities without giving advance notice and pay in cash.
