Pick-up Only
Cook-outs are for pick-up only. Delivery and set-up are NOT available.
Uphill Cook-Outs can be picked up at the Carmichael Dining Hall loading dock on Winthrop Street during normal operating hours during the academic year.
Downhill Cook-Outs and cook-outs planned during summer session may be picked up at the Dewick-MacPhie Dining Hall loading dock on Latin Way during normal operating hours.
Charcoal Grills and Utensils
Small (< 70 guests) and large (70+ guests) charcoal grills are available for rent for $50/day. A $600 security and damage deposit (payable by IDR only) is required three days in advance of pick-up to confirm your reservation.
Grills are supplied with one Tongs, one Spatula, one Hot Coal Shovel, one Hot Coal Pail, and one pair of Hot Mitts. There is a $10 replacement fee for each utensil damaged or not returned. Before the grill is returned, the coals must be shoveled into the Hot Coal Pail.
Chafing Racks are available for rent at $15/day (payable by IDR only) three days in advance of pick-up to confirm your equipment reservation.
Beverage Cambros
Small (2.5 gallon) and Large (5 gallon) are available for rent at $25/day. A $200 security and damage deposit is required for each Cambro rented (payable by IDR only) and required three days in advance of pick-up to confirm your reservation.
Equipment Return
All equipment must be returned by the close of the next business day. A $50 per-day penalty will be assessed for late returns.
Servers and Cooks
Servers and Cooks are NOT provided. For a catered outdoor function, please inquire about a custom-designed event.
