Butlered Wine or Champagne and Sparkling Water
Wine or Champagne is custom selected for your event.
Wine or Champagne and sparkling water are billed per bottle uncorked.
A Wine Steward is required at $35 per event hour, minimum one event hour.
For 30+ guests, one Server is required for every 50 guests at $20 per event hour, minimum
one event hour.
Wine, Port, Sherry, or Cognac Served with Dinner
Wine, Port, Sherry, or Cognac can be selected to compliment your menu.
Wine is billed per bottle uncorked. Port, Sherry, and Cognac are billed per drink poured.
For 50+ guests, a Bartender/Wine Steward is required at $35 per event hour; minimum of
one event hour.
Special Order Wines and Spirits
Special order wines not on our wine list may be purchased by the case only.
Special order spirits may be purchased by the bottle when available from our distributor.
Unserved special order wines and spirits must remain the property of Tufts Catering.
Alcoholic Beverage Services
Tufts Catering is the only licensed provider of alcoholic beverages for the Tufts University,
Medford Campus. Under our license, we are permitted to provide hosted bar services for
members of the University community and invited guests in most campus locations.
Cash Bars
Cash bar services are permitted under the existing pouring licenses in Dewick-MacPhie Hall, the
Mayer Campus Center, and the Cabot Intercultural Center only. Requests for cash bar services
in any other location on campus will require the event sponsor to obtain a one-day license for the
event from the appropriate licensing authority for the location.
Tufts Catering is committed to employing experienced bartenders certified in a recognized
responsible alcohol service program.
