We will confirm receipt and booking of your event request by accepting your MS Outlook meeting invitation.
We offer three levels of service to meet your budget and event needs. Our menus are designed for specific levels of service. Please review these service types before placing your order.
You can now order Tufts Catering online 24/7! The first time you login, you will need to register for an account. After that, you’ll be able to return to your account, review your orders, and place new orders any time day or night.
Tufts Catering will review your order and contact you by e-mail or phone if we have any questions. An order confirmation will be sent to you.
Orders placed online are only available Monday through Friday. Weekend orders must be submitted to the Tufts Catering Sales Office using an Event Order Form.

Upon request, we will confirm your event details by emailing you your menu and cost estimate confirmation.
Please contact us five days prior to your event to confirm your minimum guest count guarantee and give us your final guest count three days prior to your event.

Orders left on voicemail, received by email, or faxed to the office outside of business hours or on weekends will be considered received on the next business day. If you do not get a confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to us.
Requests for specialty foods and beverages will be honored when possible. The client will be required to purchase specialty items at the vendor’s minimum amount.
There will be no refund for any specially ordered products not used at an event. The products may remain the property of Tufts Catering.

* Discount excludes admin fees, all à la carte items, light breakfast buffet, wrap and bistro sandwich package, all platters, box lunches, kosher, beverages, bar service, receptions, weddings, linen and china rentals, flowers, decorations, and late fees.
All requests during Spring Recess, between March 17th – March 25th, require at least 10 business days advance notice. The deadline for requesting catering service is Friday, March 2nd by noon. More notice is preferred!
