Tufts Catering is administered and licensed to provide services in specific locations on Tufts University’s Medford/Somerville campus. We are not able to service events in private homes or in non-university facilities.
Events requiring delivery off the Medford/Somerville campus proper (the Boathouse, and the Bacow Sailing Pavilion) may require additional charges to cover costs of transportation.

Chase Center
Have your meeting, retreat, or workshop at the Chase Center, and we’ll take care of all the details–at a great price! The 1,600 square foot, light-filled room accommodates approximately 70 guests in many seating configurations.
Chase Center can accommodate:
- 72 guests maximum for buffet and plated meals
- 100 guests reception-style using rented cocktail tables
- Up to 34 guests in an open rectangle board table using rented 8′ tables and existing chairs
